account keeps asking me to sign in

I cannot open my illustrator. It continues to ask me to login then says my account has expired. My photoshop still works and the account is still active.

I have already changed the internet preferences and uninstalled/reinstalled illustrator.

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

if your account shows both subscriptions, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription:  http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

What a frustrating experience just trying to evaluate your products?!? Although I was granted 7-day trial and can use the somewhat limited web versions, downaloading and installing Acrobat Pro results in the app endlessly prompting me to log in; on each success, it asks me repeat ad nauseum, ad infinitum, and so on until I give up! What a waste of time!!!
