Hello Accidentally someone logged out of my parents' account where the photo plan was purchased for over a year, they are not able to remember on what e-mail they set up an account because all the time they were automatically logged in as you can regain access to such a help account

A plan is only for one person to use. The parent who takes and uses the plan must contact Adobe, they will not talk to another person on their behalf so far as I know. Perhaps, though, a check of mailboxes for messages from Adobe will help find the email.
