Acrobat desinstalando sozinho

Meu acrobat está parando de funcionar muitas e muitas vezes. Vou abrir qualquer arquivo nele e ele não abre. Toda vez preciso desinstalar e instalar novamente. Daqui algumas semanas, tenho que repetir esse processo. O que pode ser?
