I am using Acrobat Pro DC and am trying to convert a WORD doc to PDF. I get the error message: You need a valid Acrobat DC subscription to convert PDF using Acrobat Create PDF service.
I have checked the help drop down menu and it shows that I am signed in. My account is up-to-date. Suggestions?
