Acrobat X Standard download

I purchased a license for Acrobat 10 Standard from a reseller, but did not purchase a media kit.  I would expect in this day/age to be able to download it directly from Adobe - rather than pay for media to be shipped, gas wasted, etc.

Does Adobe offer a download link for this?

I tried installing the Pro Trial, but it doesn't accept the license to downgrade various components (which Sales said should occur)...

PS: Does any actually monitor these forums, as most messages appear to be unanswered.  Please let me know - or I'll tweet about it...

adobe support no longer provides links.  in addition, only the two most current versions of adobe software are available for download, unless you have a link in your account, https://account.adobe.com

At this point there is no established mechanism on Adobe.com to download products purchased not directly from us. We are working on this functionality and expect to have it available later in the year. Meanwhile, if you have a valid serial number and a product registration, you should be able to get replacement media from our Customer Care team.

Hi,

I'm wondering if you ever found a download? I recently joined a company who purchased acrobat 10 standard earlier this year, but someone has lost the master disc. Multiple lisences were purchased and we have a serial number, but the only free download available is for Acrobat X Pro.

Is my only option to re-purchase the software?

Thanks!

Adobe no longer provides direct downloads for Acrobat 10 Standard, but you can contact Adobe Support for a download link or access to your license. Forums are monitored by Adobe staff, but response times may vary.
