We purchased this software for our school computer lab. I was informed after going through the chat network on Adobe's customer service that it is no longer being supported. The school spent ALOT of money to have this software installed on its computers. Is there not any other way to activate this software? !

We purchased it from CDW in July of 2007. We paid for a site license.

Have you tried contacting CDW to see if they could offer some advice?

The software is still supported for activation.
I will contact a Adobe employee to have a look at this:

Iainj15917253 if you have a site license then the serial number and installation files will be available at https://licensing.adobe.com/. The volume license does not include activation technology. If you try to utilize the retail installers available at Download CS3 products then you will receive a message that the serial number is invalid.
You can find more details on how to locate your registered serial numbers at Find your Adobe product serial number quickly. In addition I would recommend reviewing https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/find-download-link.html which discusses how to download purchased software.

Problem is though when we purchased this software we didn't have an Adobe ID so there is no way to "locate" our order. We have the discs that were sent to us with the license number but that does not work.

Iainj15917253 I am sorry but if the software title was never registered then there is no record of the serial number which your company was using. We made registration mandatory in later version of Creative Suite to prevent this type of occurrence.

Well that's great. We'll just have to look at other software. Thanks for the help.
