I pay since 2018 my yearly membership. I have a customer number and a ordernumber, but the sytem does not recognize me an indicates I have a free acount, so I cannot convert documents.
Nowhere I have found a solution and there is no adobe support. Looks like I am throwing away money. Anyone can help here.
