Activation / Serial code for PS Elements 13

Sorry for the basic query on PS Elements 13. I have the box and disc. I have an activation code starting with ADBOOPHxxxxxxxxxxxx   [19 characters in total] and what I think is serial code serial bar code  18 digits long. Adobe Help page states it must be 24 digits serial code, does not exist on the packaging.  No codes on original disc . Windows 10. There is a PN code  8 digits also on box.  Have new PC and wish to reinstall as I am a 'light user' on the software .  Many many thanks to anyone who can assist . Mary

A redemption code may only be used once to get a serial number.

Did you save the serial number from the original installation?
