Bonjour,
Après achat auprès d'un revendeur (bundle avec PC).
La nouvelle licence a été activé sur un compte existant qui disposait déjà d'une licence. Malheureusement, cela n'ajoute pas un nouvel utilisateur.
Le but de l'achat étant justement de pouvoir utiliser la suite sur un ordinateur supplémentaire.
Après desinstallation et création d'un nouveau compte, l'activation de la licence est refusée car déjà échangé.
