Active CC membership, from my school, but keep being told to purchase a membership

In my profile details there is definitly a plan from school with all apps included. Ipress download, and I get in a page were all apps have the buy option.While I norally have a plan. What is happening? When its in your plan,your supposed to have it right???

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english
