Actualizacion Illustrator 2020

Me funcionó solo 2 días el 2020. Ahora me tira ERROR 145. Solo puedo usar una version vieja, y no me toma los archivos que hice estos dias.

Hello,

same problem here - as far as I interpret the first post.

CC downloads the update for Illustrator 2020, then, when it tries to install, ERROR 145 occurs.

I already tried to delete the files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Installers\uninstallXml as the help suggests for ERROR 145. But when I try again, the same problem happens again.

Can't finish my work... Version 19 has disappeared...
