Buongiorno, ho ricevuto l'addebito di 1€ per la verifica della carta giorno 16/10/2018, tuttavia la transazione non è stata ancora rimossa. E' necessario attendere ancora o si tratta di un errore?

You probably need to wait for the transaction to complete. If it never seems to complete then contact Adobe Customer Support.

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it fails to connect try using a different browser.
