Adobe 2018cc or Adobe 2019

Hi I have creative cloud, but on all the programs I have 2 versions that im sure is eating into space on my hard drive. I have for example after effects 2019 and after effects cc2018.

Can anyone advise me which i should remove and how please.

If an great update was installed normally the older version kept installed on user's PC.

When you're happy with the new version you can uninstall the older versions.

If 2029 is working up to your satisfaction and you do not have customers insisting on 2018 programs because they did not yet upgrade, you will be fine by uninstalling 2018 level software.
