I have tried 5 times recently to delete my Adobe Accounts recently because Adobe will not or could not tell me what accoints were being charged and what I was supposed to be receiving. I know it sounds like fraud or theft but I am slow to anger and would like to be as reasonable as possible. I am fed up to my back teeth talking to bots who cannot seem to understand what I am asking. I have been speaking to real people on three occasions who, when they cannot tell me what I am being charged for pass me on to someone else and I am left hanging on the line! The only thing that works is the monthly invoices!
Shoulsd I get my cc to stop paying? That is not the way I am used to doing business but if that is how it is done then so be it.

Eamonn Malone, Hello.
Account and billing issues cannot be resolved in the User Forum.
It seems that you have already contacted us, but it will only be available to support (Adobe employees).
If you already have a CC subscription and cancel it, or you have an annual plan, you may be charged a 50% cancellation fee for the remaining period.

Thank you for the reply. I have only posted this out of pure frustration and failure to receive sensible replies on all other means available(apparently).
I simply want to know what I am being charged for and how do I stop it and incidently take out a subscription to a Adobe service that is possibly more relelent to my current needs.
This is very poor customer care and I would like it addressed. How can this be so difficult?

Do the invoices all arrive on one email address?
Since an account is linked to an email address, I assume you have multiple email addresses?
I would also suggest not to post your email address on this public forum: anybody can see and (ab)use it.

Dear Tom
Thank you for the advice. Yes all the invoices arrive on one email address noted but Adobe say that no fees are being generated on this account. They will not tell me what other accounts I am supposed to have or perhaps more relevently what account generated the invoice! That is what I find most frustrating.
Kind regards
Eamonn

If you go to the Main Adobe website (Adobe.com) and Sign In using the Adobe ID, Email Address and password, you purchased whatever subscription you have and then click Manage your Account it will list whatever subscriptions you have.
Could be at one time you used, or someone else used with or without your consent, your CC number with a different Adobe ID, a different Email Address and password, to purchase a second, different subscription.
If that is the case, and it was you that did this, then you will have to figure out what email address and password you used. If it was someone else and YOU DID NOT Authorize it then you need to contact your Bank, Credit Card Company, and report fraudulent charges on that card.
