When i try to download the Adobe After Effect's free trial, it comes up with a yellow triangle with and exclamation mark saying:
We are currently experiencing some issues, please try again later. If the problem persists, contact customer support

This only happens when i try and download After Effects, i have tried with other softwares like: Photoshop and Premier Pro, but they are all working fine

I have downloaded Creative Cloud but in the app list, i cannot find After Effects!

     Someone please help fast!

You probably have 32bit version of Windows - Adobe After Effects from version 10 (year 2010) is only in 64 bit so to run it you need 64bit operating system.

Did you check to see if your machine meets the minimum system requirements for After Effects?  I don't think it does....
