Hello.
Nearly two weeks ago I bought a new laptop Asus Rog Strix G531GU (Intel i7 Processor, 16 GB RAM, Intel UHD Graphics 630 and Nvidia GeForce 1660Ti) to work in Adobe Programs, especially in Adobe Animate.
When I work in Adobe Animate, it constantly flies out of the program every 15 minutes - 1.5 hours (it just closes and that's it). Before this, the laptop freezes up to about 15 seconds.
At the same time, Adobe After Effects, the game Ori and the blind forest and other applications work OK, however, other applications with Wacom's tablet haven't been tested yet (Photoshop / Illustrator).
In the Windows Event log, I found that there were ERRORS from the program itself and from the Wacom graphics tablet.
Reinstalling 4 different versions of drivers for the tablet, two Windows and other manipulations did not help.
Also, before the main errors in the log, Intel driver crashes
"Cannot find description for event ID 0 from igfxCUIService2.0.0.0 source. The component that caused this event is not installed on this local computer or is damaged. Install or repair the component on the local computer."
Although Intel drivers are the newest.
And such an error: "Error processing notification event due to inaccessibility of the notification subscriber winlogon <SessionEnv>
In the Windows Device Manager, I turned off the Intel card and tried to work only on Nvidia + I tried another model of Wacom tablet with different drivers.
Adobe Animate crashes anyway, as before : (
Before that I used IMac and there were no such problems.
What is the reason for such software work?
How to configure my laptop in order to Animate would work correctly?
Have something to add?
