Hi!
I am attempting to download my adobe creative cloud apps but the installer icons wont open.
If I double click on the installer icons nothing happens.
I had a missed payment on the subscription which I have just updated and paid this morning (now shows as paid), and says "you'll be able to resume using your apps shortly" but I'm still getting a billing issue alert.
Has adobe blocked me? I'm trying to figure out if theres a delay in their ststem so it still thinks I owe this months subscription?
I have just had the hard drive replaced on my mac and desperately need to activate my adobe account and doewnload the cc apps so I can get back to work. (Running Mac OS MONTEREY.)
Any help or advice greatly appreciated, thank you.

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
if you have trouble downloading the cc desktop app or you see an error message when trying to install, make sure you have a compatible os (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html), and use the alternative download links at page bottom here, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
