I know this wont sound like an adobe problem, but not sure what to do at this point
I bought Dell XPS because it was extremely recommended but it keeps crashing (blue screens), I have talked to dell a lot of times and was given no solutions. they told me it's an operating system problem, but Microsoft has no solution also, now they are saying maybe adobe knows about a problem.
does anyone encountered problems with using adobe apps on a PC? and / or specifically Dell?

you should backup all files on your c drive that you'll want to restore
reformat your hard drive
reinstall your os
install your software (including adobe cc apps starting with thecc desktop app) it
