I know this wont sound like an adobe problem, but not sure what to do at this point
I bought Dell XPS because it was extremely recommended but it keeps crashing (blue screens), I have talked to dell a lot of times and was given no solutions. they told me it's an operating system problem, but Microsoft has no solution also, now they are saying maybe adobe knows about a problem.
does anyone encountered problems with using adobe apps on a PC? and / or specifically Dell?
you should backup all files on your c drive that you'll want to restore
reformat your hard drive
reinstall your os
install your software (including adobe cc apps starting with thecc desktop app) it
Hi, thank you for answering
I reinstalled os 3 times on this laptop and recently reinstalled all adobe apps with adobe tech support help
haven't seen a blue screen since, but I don't let my laptop go to sleep mode (it cruses only on sleep /screen off / hibernate)
so, everything is working, as you expect?
Yes, the blue screen somehow messed illustratorn, now everything works well
Thanks, I'll try this, although most comments say the solution didn't work
