Adobe Bridge CC installation

Hi there,

I'm trying to instal Bridge CC 2019,  but the installation is stopping every time at 10%, what should I do? Had someone else the same problem?

Please provide more informations about your system, like operating system, error messages and so on.

I have the MacOS Catalina 10.15.2, no error message everything looks normal but the download stopped every time at 10%. 🤯

It may have nothing to do with the installation stalling, but why install Bridge CC 2019 on Catalina? Please install Bridge 2020.

But I downloaded directly from Adobe web site so I supposed they offer the last version.

Same problem with Photoshop CC. Impossible to get a complete DL, allthough I left it running for many hours (stuck on 7%, 13%...). It seems like this is a known problem and many people are trying to get direct doymload links to offline installers, but to get these precious links you should get in touch with Adobe Customer Service, which I did not manage to do as of now (no live chat available, no contact form, no email... how are you supposed to contact them anyway ?).

Is more than one month that I'm trying to contact them, today was a technical problems day.
