Adobe CC all application promo withouth cancelling current Abo

New Here ,
Feb 23, 2019 Feb 23, 2019

Hello there!

So today I saw the promo for the Adobe CC all application (without adobe stock)for 35€, one year abo/monthly payment and I wanted to activate it/buy it. I have currently the Photo Abo 20 GB which ends in September. The checkout page for the abo I wanted to get showed me that I have to cancel my current photo abo (educational license) first with the link to upgrade my photo abo. My educational license endet in spring 2018 and I did change the previous Adobe CC all apps (for student and teachers) to the current Photo Abo 20GB the moment my one year abo for student and teachers ran out, so I'm a bit confused why it says student and teachers version there.

Cancelling my current abo would cost me around 35€ for the remaining months. And I also can't seem to change/delete my old institution information where I studied back then.

Clicking through the upgrade version of my current abo just shows the regular options without the promo.

My question is if I'm going to cancel my current abo and activate the promo do I still have to pay the cancellation fee? Or is it not even possible for me to get the promo for some reason I missed to understand?

Thank you in advance for the answers and I hope I explained it understandably.

I would recommend to contact Adobe on this. You will be able to change to the full CC subscription if that promotion is valid for your situation.
