Adobe CC new desktop app, cloud storage "turn off sync" option gone

Hi, first time posting here.

I have a question about cloud storage on the recent Adobe CC desktop app changes. I am currently on the 5.0.0.354 version.

I have an old laptop that struggles to get by and I only use at the office for quick modifications before sending my works to the printer shop and I don't need cloud syncing on it. I just use it on my faster machine.

Before, on the Adobe CC desktop app there was an option in the system preferences to completely "turn off" cloud syncing now with this new version I can only pause it and I have a half synced folder I cannot delete. Where is this option and why is it gone? How can I completely disable syncing once again.

I know I could keep it eternally paused but I don't trust Windows, I don't want it to go back to syncing in some other occasion spontaniously, while I'm hoooked up on LTE or unpausing it by mistake while I'm in a middle of something slowing the whole machine down.

Thank you.
