Adobe CEF Helper consuming 56% of memory with NO open Apps. Help?!

Adobe CEF Helper is consuming 56% of the memory on my brand new computer with no applications open from Adobe.  It's constantly like this.

CEF Helper also has major issues with mouse movement (or mouse freeze more to the point).  Ongoing issue for many months on and off.
