Adobe Consitently Fails to Renew my Subscription

I am currently based out of Bangalore, India.

When I create a new plan for Adobe it accepts my payment, but it does not work for renewal.

I think this an issue with Digital Rivers (Ireland) - Third Party Payment System which fails to process my card details for renewal.

I cannot cancel my plan by myself either, and have to contact support to do this itself which is an outrage!

Please rectify this issue immediately!
