Adobe Creative Cloud 2020 Update

A number of my creative cloud applications are not functioning correctly. When I first start up Illustrator and Photoshop, they will not open anything. It will say "could not complete the open command because of a program error." It also won't let me place objects embedded. I can tap on an action and it will loud for a second and then nothing happens. 

Am I doing something wrong? Is anyone else having issues with the new updated versions?
