Adobe Creative Cloud Cache taking up over 200GB of space

Can I delete this folder regularly?

Installed Adobe CC around 10 months ago and this folder is taking up over 200GB of hard drive space.

Is there a way to manage cloud app cache through preferences or something so this is emptied regularly?
