Adobe Creative Cloud crashes when updating XD

Um My creative cloud keeps crushing when I try to update the adobe xd and I don't know whats goign on, I have tried reinstalling it on mananger but I don't know whats going on.

To add to Nancy's response, Itachan, I did not find an Adobe Creative Cloud membership associated with the e-mail address you chose to post to this public discussion forum.

What type of Creative Cloud membership are you using to install Adobe XD?
