Hello everyone,

I use Windows 11 for a couple of months now but I have an issue with Adobe Creative Cloud.
When I launch it,it remains stuck and I have a blue error message saying it's taking longer than usual. It advises to restart the computer and relaunch the app (but the same happens if I do).

I have uninstalled the app through adobe's uninstaller, dowload a new copy, restart and install again, I have the same problem.

My drivers are up to date...

Anyone to help me, please ? I need Adobe's apps for my work and I can't have them updated because of this issue 😞

using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

Well, after being in touch with adobe support, via the Chat, I had to reinstall completely windows 11 (it was necessary to delete all my windows' apps during the reinstallation).

Now the problem is solved.

reset the cc desktop app: make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if that fails, try to repair
https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-install-stuck.html

if that fails go ahead and uninstall using the correct uninstaller from https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-mes... and then reinstall

if that fails, do a clean cc install following each applicable step:

uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-mes...
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
check for, and if available, update your os
repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired.
update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud
if you're unable to download the cc desktop app at this stage, use the link at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

okay...

It's hard for me to thank you for your answer, even if it was kind, because I've tried all your solutions and now... creative cloud still doesn't launch and I can't work anymore because all my adobe apps are uninstalled and it's impossible to re-install them without creative cloud... So my situation is worst than before...

yes, it was painful to reinstall all my apps but I had no really choice...

Thank you for your help and also for the precision : "using a browser that allows popups and cookie" it was helpful because I didn't  see the chat on my browser and i was wondering why ^^

you're welcome.  (and sometimes having an "all's well that ends well" attitude is prudent.)
