Adobe creative cloud Is needed to resolve this problem...

I recently downloaded Creative cloud on my new computer and was met with this error.

Every time I hit repair, it re-downloads the application and the same screen appears. I tried the link and it said the page was not found.

I do not know if this is a bug or something I did wrong but a solution would be great.

please note I have littl to no computer knowledge in this area.
