Adobe creative cloud não abre no windows 11

Estava funcionando e do nada parou de abrir. Tentei dos os modos contidos no Help da adobe. Reiniciei várias vezes, desinstalei várias vezes e agora não consigo mais instalar os programas da minha assinatura.

Olá Senhor Jeff, muito obrigado por ter atendido ao meu pedido de ajuda.Não faço ideia a razão defeito, a minha solução foi mais trágica.Como tenho os arquivos pessoais separados, optei por voltar o Windows 11 as configurações iniciais, que equivale a uma instalação limpa.Daí, ele funcionou, como todo o resto.Obriado.

Galbas, did you upgrade or change the settings for the installed security software? Also, please verify that the Creative Cloud desktop app is not being blocked from contacting our servers.

Hi Jeff.

I am having the same issue and I haven't change any security settings in my computer. 

Overall Windows 11 is acting weird, but now I can't open the Creative Cloud app (it starts to load, then it closes and don't finish the loading. When I try to open it again, same thing happens) and Premiere Pro (message error says "Sorry, a serious error has occurred thar requires Adobe Premiere Pro to shut down. We will attempt to save your current project" - but no project was open). So far, I can use InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator with no issues. 

Please advise about a better solution than a factory reset, I am not really willing to install everything again.
