adobe creative cloud not installing on my desktop problem i will try a lot but could not working

I will purchase this creative cloud on 9 December this year but giving me some kind of errors again and again The <removed by moderator> will guide me all about this and suggest me to purchase this.

What is the error message you are getting when you try to install?

Windows or Mac? If possible post screenshot of error.
