Hello, I'm using a translator, so my words may be unnatural. I'm using Photoshop for the first time today. It's so hard because there's no Photoshop installed. If you delete it with the delete tool and reinstall it after reboot, it won't be solved. Why can't I install it? It's so hard. Even with the help of a counselor, it was not solved. 솔2347019478rc, did you encounter any errors while implementing the solutions listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/kr/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html?  What operating system are you attempting to evaluate Photoshop CC on?  Did the damage to the files continue to occur even when logging into the newly created local administrator account?
