It refuses to open. I close it in task manager but it still does nothing. Whenever I run the application, the only thing that pops up is a notification for updates in the bottom right. When I click it to open the creative cloud, nothing happens. Please help!
the info in that link is 4 1/2 years old. there's an update IF you have a compatible os. in addition, everything in that link includes contacting adobe support. if you did that and support could not help you, here are the updated steps:
reset the cc desktop app: make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
