I can't seem to open CC for some reason. I click on it and it spins and spins. I can't uninstall anything because it won't open. Please help, this is annoying!

Hi jrenfroe2 - could you please give us some additional information?

What OS are you using? What version of CC are you using? What eventually happens when the spinning stops? Or do you stop it by force quitting?

I'm having this same issue.

After upgrading my Graphics Drivers from 19.9.2 to 19.9.3 (AMD Adrenalin / RX 5700 XT), the Drivers initially (Hard) Crashed Windows 10 with the reason being cited as "Uninitialisation of Previous Driver Operations were not Completed"; this was during the switch point between Display Drivers... System Rebooted and the Drivers seemed to have installed just fine, loading fine, etc. there were no actual errors in the Installation Log.

But then after a few minutes I'd get this pop-up from Adobe Creative Cloud

"Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve the issue. Please click "repair" to fix the issue. If the problem persists, download and install the new copy from 'http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp'."

Hitting Repair just puts it in an infinite loop of constantly loading, multiple instances of CC appearing in the task bar (about 5 in total) before this message reappears.

I went to the link, which doesn't exist and forwards me to the Creative Cloud Product Page (which has no downloads, the only way to obtain the damn thing is via a Trial Sign-Up or the Account Page; even then it's somewhat hidden and BOTH are Minimal Installers not Complete Packages; so I can't even see if there is an issue with the Streaming Download / Install)

So then I tried to Uninstall; but Nope... CC won't uninstall while Photoshop (or any other CC App is installed), and you can't uninstall any CC App via Windows it MUST be through the CC App itself.

At that point I tried the Adobe Clean Tool., which is supposed to work like DDU or AMD Clean-Up Tool to fully remove Adobe Products from your System. Figured "maybe something backend screwed up when the system crashed"

This didn't fully uninstall or remove the Adobe Products; primarily the Services remained active (despite being shutdown).

Ultimately, I dicided "sod it... I'll just perform a Clean Windows" ... it was about time to do it again, as Windows 10 can have issues over time with new updates if you don't leading to weird problems that can't be resolved otherwise.

Well... Clean Install of Windows 10... and what do you know, I got CC working for a few minutes via the Installer; then it got to 11% of the Update... came up with the Crash Report Window (despite CC itself still being fully usable) and when I clicked "Send" to Adobe it then began this same nonsense again.

What's annoying is, this effectively locks me out of ALL of my Adobe Products (except Substance... thank god that's not part of CC yet) but it appears that this latest update has some serious issues.

Ryzen 5 1600 (Chipset Driver 1.09.27.1033)

ASUS Prime B350 Plus (BIOS v5220)

Radeon RX 5700 XT (Adrenalin 19.9.3)

Windows 10 Pro (1903 Build 18362.387)
