I installed Adobe Creative Suite Design Premium CS5.5 on my new PC but stuck at Activation limit reached
I registerd products and Adobe Creative Suite Design Premium CS5.5 and Serial number show at https://account.adobe.com/products and now I have many problem here :
1. I can not deactivate my device from https://account.adobe.com/activated-devices
2. I can not sign-out or deactivate from my old devices.
And I can not sign-in adobe account on Creative Suite Design Premium Dialog
How can I activated from my Serial number ?
you can't increase your activation count unless you have access to a computer with an activated copy AND that can communicate with adobe's secure servers. ie, because of 2, you cannot activate your serial number.

I have the same issue - the worst part? Adobe lied. Software told me I need to deactivate from one computer and now I cannot use my Adobe Design Premium CS5 on any computer at all. I guess I need to dig the old T&C

Full story. I had two laptops with two activations. One computer died and I can't deactivate on it anymore. The second computer had CS5 running alright, but as I got a new replacement laptop, I needed CS5 more on the new one. Adobe told me I need to deactivate one device. I went to Photoshop, clicked on deactivate and ever since, I cannot reactivate on any device at all.
When I open my account online. I can see no active devices. I can see a registered product Adobe Design Premium and the serial number (I won't even go to the fact, that I am not offered to download a language version I have purchased).
The only support I got to was a chatbot telling me she can't help me, because I don't have a active subscription.

And now scammers are "offering help" signed as Team Adobe. God help me...

scammers are common. the **scam email address** is well-known one.
anyway, back to that computer on which you deactivated cs5, what's it's os (including build) and what's its default browser (including build)
