I have Adobe Creative Suite Premium 1.1. It installed perfect but it won't allow me to activate it. I saw a link where you have to uninstall then download from adobe but it was for CS2. I saw nothing for CS Premium 1.1. Can anyone help me with this?

In short, Adobe decommissioned the CS2 (and earlier) activation server a couple of years ago. So when your software tries to contact the Adobe activation server, no-one's listening because there's nothing there any more. The line is dead never to return.
Thus Adobe has offered a non-activation version of CS2 for people in your position to continue using your software.

that version is no longer available. there's no work-around for cs, cs2, cs3 or cs4. none of those suites and programs can be activated or exchanged for credit.
