Hello, after the latest MacOS update to catalina none of the products. Gives an incompatiblitly error. Anyone have ideas on how to fix this? Thank you in advance!
[Moved from Community Help (which is about the forums) to a better forum... Mod]
1 - go to a Mac forum and find out how to revert you operating system to one that supports CS5.5
2 - buy all new programs, such as a Cloud subscription https://creative.adobe.com/plans

The writing is on the wall. Adobe Customer Care is not allowed to assist Creative Suite users anymore except to de-activate an old installation. The potential to use Creative Suite ended with Mojave.
Ideally, you should have uninstalled your 32-bit apps BEFORE you upgraded to Catalina. Since you didn't, you'll need to use the Adobe Cleaner tool below to remove old CS5 files.

To remain compatible with the latest technologies and security features, you need to purchase a Creative Cloud plan. Creative Suite has no future.
