My registered version of CS5.5 Acrobat Pro is no longer on my system. I had to download the reader to do a work around but it's not the same. I logged in and went to reinstall but it's not highlighted for a download. Can you help me?
Tom

I have no idea how something can disappear, but you need to do a new install and enter your serial number when asked
Of course, if your UN-named computer is a Mac you won't be able to install on a new(er) operating system
Direct Download Links https://prodesigntools.com/tag/ddl MAY help
-you MUST do what it says in Note: Very Important Instructions
-https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-2015-direct-download-links.html#download-instructions
-the prodesign links go directly to Adobe's file server, so this process will
--only work until Adobe completely removes the old version(s) from the server
.
IF/When you do have a download, be sure to copy it to AT LEAST one external device
-since Adobe does sometimes remove old versions from the server
-a usb flash drive or external hard drive, or write to a DVD
-plus a text file containing your serial number if you have CS6/CS5
Also: this is not Adobe support, beware of answering anyone who sends you a private message

Installed programs don't suddenly disappear unless your computer is broken.
Disconnect from external / remote drives & devices.
Ensure you're using a computer user profile with administrative permissions.
Open your file manager (Mac Finder or Windows File Explorer).
Search your primary hard drive for Acrobat.

Which operating system do you have?
You can't use legacy Creative Suite titles on Catalina or Big Sur.
And the legacy installers won't work on Sierra, High Sierra or Mojave without terminal workarounds.
Links to legacy installers are listed below. But Adobe can remove these anytime without notice.

Thanks for hanging in there with me Nancy. I'm a user of Adobe going back many years. I've pulled up all kind of disc but unfortunately cannot find the CS5.5 Suite and the downloads that Adobe gave me no longer work.
I don't have that file: Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLStore on my computer. I"m not even seeing SLStore. I think we're getting closer lol. Any suggestions?

For Windows there is an option in the installer to do everything, or to use an "advanced" option to select what you want
I will GUESS there is a similar option in the Mac installer
