Nach einem Festplatten crash kann ich meine Lizenz von CS5 nicht am PC deaktivieren. Wie kann ich die Software deaktivieren um sie auf meinem neuen Rechner verwenden zu können?

You must contact Adobe Customer Support and ask the agent to reset your activation count.

CS4, CS5 and CS6 are on life support. But they can still be activated providing you have the following:
1. original media (disks or downloads) you received at purchase,
2. a legitimate serial number for that particular version, language and platform (Win/Mac),
3. an older operating system that can support legacy 32-bit apps.

Die Antworten sind wenig hilfreich.

Ich möchte ebenfalls CS5 auf einem Gerät deaktivieren. Über die Software selber ist das nicht möglich, egal wie oft ich auf " Deaktivieren" klicke.

Der Chatbot kann nicht helfen, da kein aktives Abo zu finden ist.

Hat jemand eine funktionierende Lösung?

deactivate from a computer with an activated version 

or

deactivate from your adobe account (in certain situations)
