Adobe doesn`t allow me, to use my Elements Version.

Adobe is asking me from time to time to registrate my Elements Version.
This does now happen the third time. 
I always have to tell the Elements ID and then I can use it again for a special 
time. Then again Adobe puts my version in the status of a Testversion and stopps 
me working. I never will understand. 
Also it wants to check me in into the Creative Cloud which had been installed
in my autostart program.. 

This kind of contact is`nt useful.

What EXACT Adobe software program are you asking about.

Both Elements programs, Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements, are pay once and use until it is no longer supported by the operating system you use.

So when you install it you use a Serial number and once that serial number is validated as authentic you never have to Sign on, register or anything else. It just works for years and years.

So Please Open the program you are asking about, go to the Help menu item and select System info. Copy and paste the first 10 lines from the window that comes up in a reply.
