Adobe have run out of hard drive space?

Been trying to get an answer to a simple question with adobe support all morning and still no solution.
Then I get this email back...

Then adobe maybe shouldn't be emailing me from it asking account questions!

Adobe doesn't e-mail you except for promotional mails when you gave permission. Those mail addressees are used one way. All support works via their support interface.
