Adobe ID sign in page is bugged

Hello,

I just signed a monthly plan for Premiere Pro, downloaded the setup file which opens a login page in my browser. Unfortunately, this page doesn't seem to load correctly:

The login form never appears.

Windows 10, I used Chrome and Edge.
