Adobe IndDesign 16.4 installer

Hi. I want to download the version 16.4 of Adobe InDesign. It has to be this version because  I'm using a custom plugin tha its based on that version. I have already contacted with Adobe support but they can only provide base version of Adobe. If someone could help me with this problem, i would appreciate.

install 16.0 and see if you can update to 16.4

follow the directions (esp, step 1)

save the install file. it may not remain online.
