Hello,
We respect the list of Adobe requirements on the website :
OS W10 20H2 Build 19042
Browser IE11, Chrome, Edge Chromium
Is there a build required? or a security update KB?
We can't install any adobe product anymore, we have systematically this blocking message
Thanks for your help

Hi there,

Hi KanikaS,
Since you are an employee I figured I would highjack this thread.
I am not sure from what point in time, I assume it's been the last few days, something has changed in the triangle Windows10-IE11-Adobe login. The adobe log in window does not recognize the current iteration of windows/IE11 for some reason, stopping the installation of apps like my Photoshop 2019 Elements and Premier 2019 Elements.
This is a pretty common problem, just looking through the forums here there are several people reporting the issue, unfortunately most don't get a proper response beyond default FAQ/support links posted to them. There is one thread (which I am currently chasing) that has reported a fix by first installing Creative Cloud, and then trying to install Premier Elements 2019. Several people in that thread stated that fixed the issue for them, sadly not for me.
Currently at a loss, but I hope this is something you can escalate internally and not dismiss it as standard PC illiteracy please.
Cheers
