Adobe is brilliant, but I'm broke

I did not renew this program but Adobe is billing my credit card, even after I informed them to cancel. Now I have to pay a fee for canceling an agreement that I never agreed to. Bad business. Adobe is better than this. And my credit card is now over the limit and I'll pay dearly for that.
