Adobe is constantly running multiple versions of activities on my Macbook.

I have a 2018 Macbook running Monterey 12.0.1, and the most recent version of Adobe CC. No matter what I do, or how many times I update, uninstall, reinstall, quit activities, change preferences, etc. Adobe is ALWAYS running 10-15 versions of the same activity in the Activities Monitor, and it seems like it's all of them. AdobeCRDaemon, Adobe Spaces Helper, Creative Cloud Helper, CC Library, and more. 

 

My mac has been running so slowly lately, and while there may be other issues, I'm positive this isn't helping. Has anyone found a solution that actually fixes this problem? Everything I've found so far hasn't worked.
