El Capitan is no longer a supported OS.  Adobe expects customers to have the latest operating systems, no more than 2-3 versions back.

Please take a look here: Adobe CC 2018 Direct Download Links: Creative Cloud 2018 Release | ProDesignTools

Ther you'll find the installation file for the latest versions of CC apps that supports El Captain.

It will be recommend to save these files for a later usage. It isn't sure how long the file will be available for download.

My System: Intel i7-8700K - 64GB RAM - NVidia Geforce RTX 3060 - Windows 10 Pro 22H2 -- LR-Classic 13.2 - Photoshop 25.6 - Nik Collection 6.9 - PureRAW 4 - Topaz Photo AI 2

El Capitan is long since unsupported by Apple, its really not a good idea to use it online. You should probably be looking for a newer computer.
