I can't get any thing done because it keeps asking for my redemption number or as if I don't have it, bought this program from Best Buy this week and can't get it to work well at all. What is the problem it was downloaded on the internet with help as my new computer does not have a CD drive. I have the disk with the serial no. and the redemption code.
photoshop, premier pro, photoshop elements and premiere elements, and lots of other adobe programs, but one of those four are most likely what you purchased. and there are different versions (eg, 2021 and several other things, including language, that differentiates what you need to install). finally, which you purchased matters for how you install.
