Hi!

I´m trying to build a portfolio in Adobe and I can´t find an option to make a category filter. This is because I have illustrations, photographies, etc. and I want the user to filter the type of work they wanna see from me.

Something like this:

Or this:

Thank u!

Hi @Vickydacc,

Adobe Portfolio website has no Category Filter, sorry.

One option is to create multiple project pages in your main site, one each for Illustrative work, Photography, etc...  On each project page, add a few examples of your best work along with some descriptive text.  Your collection page will contain links to your various project pages.

The other option is to create multiple websites,  one for Illustration and another site for Photography, etc...  Portfolio allows you to create up to 5 websites.

Hope that helps.

I'm sorry but that's not a great solution. Often times, in my case, I'll have directed, edited, and colored a commercial, and definitely don't want to have multiple sites for that. Adobe should really add a few tiny quality of life features to their portfolio sites CONSIDERING they advertise the site hosting features as part of the monthly subscription. I've submitted a feature request, probably to the void. It's frustrating!

I don't make the software. Like you, I'm just a product user.  I readily admit that there are limits to what Portfolio can do, as expected with a free perk.

If your feature request is viable, and they receive a lot of similar requests for it, they might add it to the app.  But Portfolio will never be all things for all people.
