Hello All,
I am writing hear in hopes to reach the right people who perhaps work with Adobe directly and therefore will offer me a solution to this nonsensical and destructive problem.
I had attempted to log into my portfolio in every single possible way last Thursday (5/23) to then discover that my portfolio I had created and PAID for was in no way shape or form able to be edited in any fashion. I had proceeded to spend the entirety of the afternoon troubleshooting this problem and putting completely aside all the much needed work to do on said portfolio. There was no logical answer to my portfolio being ABSOLUTELY 100% unaccessible except for the direct link to it I had bookmarked the night I initially created it. Having not found any true solution or explanation to this problem I began to recreate my entire portfolio from scratch entirely. I had worked on a new portfolio for a matter of hours yesterday while also cramming in time for other work I had initially dedicated my full focus on for yesterday's day of work.
I have just now after taking many long deep breathes and a much deserved 20 minute break came back to write this because I have discovered that the portfolio I made yesterday IS GONE and IN ITS PLACE my original portfolio I created and published over 2 weeks ago is randomly back and fully editable. I cannot express how explosively infuriating this is to have my entire careers work be gone one day then randomly completely back and accounted for a few days later. The portfolio I created yesterday is absolutely gone along with many productive hours that were all a waste.
Someone needs to tell me exactly how to fix this so that it will never happen again. I DEMAND AN ANSWER or attention from Adobe customer service support towards my issue.
If anyone has any preferable email or contact information that would be the best contact to bring my issue to their attention I would absolutely appreciate any knowledge or assistance on this issue.
